Charlie Can Teach Lessons as well as Biblical Values!

Parents and educators find providing kid’s computer games that teach valuable lessons as well as Biblical values a good idea.  There is no violence in these games and there are three different stages of games, preschool, kindergarten and early elementary.

This series of games helps prepare the kids for school by teaching academic principles & moral values on their age level. It is fun, exciting and they learn basic Bible stories.

These games teach your kids basic computer skills, help them know how to use the mouse, match shapes, numbers, drag figures in a fun way.

Your child learns vital academic skills and reinforces your positive moral values important to all young children. Pictured here is our Kindergarten version.  All three are available online at All I Can Imagine.

Hail to the Chief Family Board GameAs it relates to the checks and balances of our American government, the Executive Branch is responsible for the daily administration of the state bureaucracy. The head of the Executive Branch is the President of the United States.

Underneath the President are the several Departments that have been created by Executive Order. The Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Justice are just a few examples of these subgroups within the Executive Branch. The representative leaders of these departments are collectively known as the President’s “Cabinet” of advisors.

Your family games should include educational board games such as Hail to the Chief.  Players move around the outside of the board answering questions on presidents and the Constitution, as you become a candidate. Then travel from state to state on the campaign trail answering questions on US history and geography to win electoral votes. Winner is the first person to make it to Washington, D.C. first with enough electoral votes.

This game is for ages 10 up and for 2-4 players.  Great way to get your kids and whole family aware of  how our government works.

hail-to-the-chief-educational-board-gameAs a child I was fortunate enough to be exposed to board games at an early age. I have fond memories of playing Chutes and Ladders, Potato Head, Dominoes and many other games.

Families nowadays have many electronic gadgets and if you think your family as a whole is disconnected maybe you could institute an old-time tradition – weekly family night.  Rule number #1; turn off all cell phones.  Spending time playing board and card games will re-unite and reconnect the whole family.

To this day I still love to play Monopoly, Parcheesi, Sorry, Uno, Rook and so many others.  Create many new memories for your family by “daring to turn off your cell phones for one night a week”.
